Le Corbier

A purpose built resort which in principle works well if you like concrete and no charm.  Rather similar to a moon base!  Definitely not a chocolate box ski resort.  Too artificial and the runs not labelled correctly, instructors who don't explain how to do things and expect you to just be able to do it.  Expressly functional - the Borg would love it.

Lifts that don't work (in the hotel) and partners who hurt their knee on the first morning although it was not his fault but due to a reckless skier.  Wouldn't have chosen the resort anyway and will not be going back.  Unnatural weather although it was lovely if you wanted Caribbean weather but really sitting outside the last week in January in Tshirts was very strange!  Had a good pair of skis though!  Lovely cider at one of the cafes on the piste front.  In fact gorgeous cider - now what was it called?!
